Collection: Bronze Free Range Turkey

Our Bronze turkeys are slow-grown for six months on Trembleathe Barton — nearly three times longer than a standard supermarket bird. Raised free range on open Cornish pasture and fed on grain we grow ourselves, they're dry-plucked and hung to develop the deep, full flavour that's made us a Gold winner at Taste of the West.

What you'll notice on the day: a rich flavour from leg to breast, and fat laid down beneath the skin that keeps the meat moist through cooking. No shortcuts, no mystery — just a proper farm turkey from a family that's been raising them in Padstow since 1965.
