Delivery & Collection

Delivery Date Information

If you have selected Home Delivery for Christmas, your order will be delivered fresh to your door on 23rd December. Customers in PL and TR postcodes will receive delivery on 24th December.

All birds are dispatched fresh — never frozen — packed in an insulated box to arrive in perfect condition.

Do You Deliver To My Address?

We deliver nationwide across mainland UK. Customers in Cornwall and Plymouth (PL and TR postcodes) receive a dedicated local delivery on 24th December, so your bird arrives as fresh as possible on Christmas Eve.

For remote Highland, island, and Northern Ireland postcodes, please get in touch before ordering and we will advise on the best delivery option for you.

Farmgate Collection — Trembleathe Barton, Padstow

Prefer to collect in person? You are very welcome to come to the farm at Trembleathe Barton, Padstow, Cornwall. Collection dates and times are as follows:

Please select Trembleathe at checkout to choose farmgate collection. Bring your order confirmation and we will have your bird ready and waiting.

When Is the Last Date to Order?

Our turkeys are in high demand and we do sell out, so we always recommend ordering as early as you can. Subject to availability, the last date for placing an order for home delivery is 21st December 2026 . Collection orders can be placed up to 24th December 2026.

Order Fulfilment — Natural Weight Variation

Our birds are grown slowly and naturally, so there can be slight variation in the final weight of your turkey. We will always aim to match the size you ordered as closely as possible.

In the unlikely event that your bird is slightly larger than ordered, we will include the extra weight as our gift to you — just adjust your cooking time accordingly and check the label on the box. We will contact you in advance if there is ever a significant difference.

Email Notifications

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. We will also send dispatch and tracking details to your email address when your bird is on its way.

Delivery Instructions

If you would like us to leave your order with a neighbour, in a porch, or in a cool outbuilding, simply add a note in the comments field at checkout — for example 'Leave in garage' or 'Leave with number 12'. Please ensure any safe place is cool and shaded.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not home when our carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card with details of how to rearrange. Your bird will be kept in a chilled depot. Please rearrange redelivery as quickly as possible to maintain freshness.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your order — size, delivery address, or collection preference — please contact us as early as possible. Once your order has been prepared and labelled for dispatch we may not be able to make changes, so please get in touch promptly.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received after 15 December 2026 may not be possible as birds will have been prepared to order.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us directly and we will look into it straight away.
